Online Store Marketing & Customer Engagement

Since 2018, I have been working under my father’s business, which has allowed me to build a strong customer base and gain valuable insights into customer needs. Over a year, I contributed to the growth of 13 newly established online stores by improving their performance on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. My role involved attracting customers, particularly international ones from the Chittagong metropolitan area, through targeted marketing efforts. Additionally, my knowledge of fashion trends and illustrations helped refine the clothing collections offered by these stores. While I received varying compensation, my primary goal was to provide these stores with a boost by applying my experience in customer acquisition, fashion trends, and digital promotion. My responsibilities ranged from basic tasks like packaging and logistics to more complex duties such as advising on customer interaction strategies and collaborating with founders to meet product demand. This diverse experience gave me a broad perspective on e-commerce and allowed me to contribute meaningfully to these ventures.
